Dr. SHERI COX BOWLING, EdD, PMP
Founder, CEO and Education Specialist
Dr. Sheri Cox Bowling brings nearly two decades of experience in education, leadership, counseling, project management, organizational change, and workforce development. She has successfully led teams, directed academic institutions, managed large-scale projects, developed curriculum, and coached individuals through significant personal and professional transitions.
Today, she combines those experiences into a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping others move from feeling stuck to achieving meaningful progress.
Dr. Bowling has spent her career helping people learn, change, and succeed. With advanced degrees in Educational Leadership, Information Management, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, and Behavioral Science, she brings a rare blend of human understanding and strategic thinking.
Sheri has experience in championing technological changes, ownership changes, training and managing faculty, teach-out campuses/processes, accreditation conversions, and startup campus operations, including curriculum development and process management.
DR. DONNA WHITMAN
Founder, Master Educator
Donna would best be described as a Renaissance woman as she was an artist, an educator, a wordsmith, a naturalist, and philanthropist who supported women's causes. She was known for her perpetual yearning for knowledge, her innovative spirit and creative teaching style which brought magic to her classrooms. Donna was a prolific writer, visionary and entrepreneur, as well as, a passionate artist and painter. Dr. Whitman was the quintessential educator, a teacher's teacher, who inspired thousands of students and colleagues to better lives.

CHARLENE RUSSELL
VP Regulatory Affairs and Currciulum Development
Charlene approaches everything she does with a passion for learning, teaching and connecting the dots between what is and what can be. Charlene, with a healthcare background, has spent more than 35 years in a leadership role in regulation, education and her community. Serving as President of the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards and Vice-chair of the Mississippi State Massage Therapy Board, she worked with regulators and educators in many states and industries to create a safer and more efficient licensing process for all stakeholders. Her experience as a program auditor, business owner, establishment inspector and bookkeeper afford her a realistic view of what schools and businesses need to grow and thrive. The key points she emphasizes in all projects are communication, education, adaptation and intention.
Woodfin "Woody" Cox
Woody Cox was the kind of man who believes that if you truly want to understand something, you have to be willing to take it apart. To him, every machine, every tool, and every problem was a puzzle waiting to reveal its secrets. Individual parts each served an important purpose, but the real magic,and often the source of failure, was found where those parts came together. That simple philosophy extended far beyond mechanics. It became a way of understanding people, relationships, and life itself.
Gifted with a remarkable intellect and an insatiable curiosity, Woody never stopped learning. He could fix nearly anything, not because someone had taught him, but because he was determined to understand how it worked. Every broken engine, appliance, or gadget was simply another opportunity to learn. He approached the world with the confidence that almost any problem could be solved if you were willing to look closely enough.
A lifelong reader, Woody found particular joy in Western novels, drawn to stories of resilience, honor, and self-reliance. Yet his own life reflected those same values. He was the neighbor who noticed someone struggling before they asked for help, often arriving with exactly the right tool in hand. If he saw a stranded motorist on the side of the road, he stopped without hesitation. Helping others wasn't something he did for recognition, it was simply who he was.
Music held a special place in Woody's heart, especially instrumental music. He believed that every piece told a story without speaking a single word. "If you can only get quiet enough in your mind," he would say, "you can hear it." He listened not just with his ears, but with his imagination, hearing emotion, adventure, hope, and peace woven through every melody.
More than the things he repaired or the knowledge he accumulated, Woody leaves behind a way of seeing the world. He taught those around him to be curious, to ask questions, to look beneath the surface, and to understand that what matters most is often hidden where separate pieces come together. His legacy lives on in every problem approached with patience, every act of quiet kindness, every story discovered in music, and every person inspired to understand not just how something works, but why.
